The above rates include the following:

Payment/Cancellation Policy:
- 50% Deposit of the full amount is required 30 days prior to arrival as confirmation.
- 14 days or more prior to arrival the remainder of the payment is due
Cancellations:
- 25% of fee is charged if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
- 50% of fee is charged if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival
- 100% of fee is charged if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival
