Ulubisi House
A private residence on grass plains with mountain views, and a field guide, chef and butler of your own.

Gondwana’s Ulubisi House is stylish and refreshingly simple, a place to reconnect with friends and family and to share a safari adventure together.
A private residence, staffed with a field guide, chef and butler entirely your own.
Ulubisi House is tucked away in the reserve’s 1000-hectare protected walking area for endangered species, with 180-degree views of grass plains dotted with game, fynbos-covered rolling hills and the Outeniqua mountains. The house sleeps six adults, or four adults and four children, and comes with a full complement of staff: your own butler, chef and field guide. The day runs to your schedule, so the house soon feels like a second home, made for friends or families who want quiet, quality time together. Wildlife passes through now and then, and little else breaks the privacy.
